Wearing: Gap sweater, Zara bag and skirt, old scarf, Nine West ankle boots
Lately I seem to be quite obsessed by wearing sweaters out of their sporty context. Sweaters are the quintessentially comfortable clothes so it makes a lot of sense doing everything possible to wear them always, especially if there’s a long way from home to the office – and well accidentally that is my case… Jokes apart I find that there’s a very interesting aspect of fashion that is growing lately and I am talking about learning to use, to mix and to match different styles with each other like in a sort of round robin. That is creativity – and I do appreciate that a lot.
Here I tried a very simple way to incorporate a sweater in a more polished look, using the no-brainer and reassuring black to pair the grey jersey. Simple shoes and a basic, big and structured bag all do the work, and a big necklace also contributes to elevate the whole look a little bit. Finally, I added a pop of pale yellow to give some dimensions to an otherwise too plain all-grey-black look.
